1. What types of clients does DomiCraft work with?
DomiCraft supports interior designers, home staging teams, vacation rental designers, boutique hospitality projects, and other design-led interiors.
We work with both focused room projects and larger projects involving multiple sizes, styles, or spaces.
2. How do I start a project?
You can begin by sharing a DomiCraft Lookbook reference, a selected Ready Style, a room photo, moodboard, reference image, or a general project direction.
It is also helpful to include any available information about preferred sizes, estimated quantities, project type, and desired timeline.
3. Do I need every detail finalized before contacting you?
No. You do not need to know the exact material, size, quantity, or finishing details before submitting your inquiry.
Send the information you currently have, and our team can help identify which details still need to be confirmed.
4. Does DomiCraft support small-batch projects?
Yes. DomiCraft supports small-batch projects, subject to the selected materials, construction details, and production requirements.
Project feasibility and pricing are reviewed individually before production is confirmed.
5. Can one project include multiple sizes or styles?
Yes. A project may include multiple pillow cover sizes, styles, materials, and quantities within one coordinated order.
This can be useful for residential projects, staging installations, vacation rentals, and hospitality spaces that require a varied but coordinated pillow arrangement.
6. Do you offer custom sizes?
Custom sizing may be available depending on the selected material, construction method, and project requirements.
Please include your preferred measurements when submitting your project brief. We will review the requested dimensions before confirming the quotation and production details.
7. What custom details can DomiCraft support?
Depending on the project, available options may include material selection, custom sizing, piping, trims, embroidery, decorative details, labels, packaging, and mixed-SKU coordination.

8. How is project pricing determined?
Project pricing depends on the selected material, pillow cover size, quantity, SKU mix, construction and finishing details, packaging requirements, and shipping method.
After reviewing your project information, DomiCraft will confirm the relevant details before preparing or finalizing the quotation.
9. What happens after I submit a project brief?
Our team reviews your references, preferred styles, sizes, estimated quantities, finishing requirements, and desired timeline.
We may then contact you to clarify important details, recommend suitable directions, or prepare the next step for quotation and approval.
Production begins only after the required project details, pricing, and approvals have been confirmed.
10. How will DomiCraft communicate with me?
Email is the primary method for quotations, specifications, approvals, and important project documentation.
WhatsApp may also be used for follow-up questions, reference discussions, or time-sensitive communication when appropriate.
